Paracord Bracelet Hack

Paracord Bracelet Hack

Well, the other day I did a write up about circuit board earrings and now today I’m doing one on a paracord bracelet. This is another great gift idea for your girlfriends! It’s CHEAP and we can make it ourselves…just the type of present guys like us love to give, right!! :)

Anyways, this is yet another hack from the Instructables site. Stormdrane (author) does a great job of explaning how to turn an ordinary piece of paracord rope into a very stylish bracelet. So what do you need? Surprisingly little! You need a “paracord, or equivalent 1/8″ diameter cord, a tape measure or ruler, scissors, side release buckle, and a lighter(torch lighter works best).” That’s it!

So what do you do? Well, you braid the paracord by tying a series of knots along a piece long enough to fit around your wrist. And add a side release buckle for attaching the bracelet to your wrist. Stormdrane has lots of pictures of the whole hack on the Instructables site. Check it out!!
